Kuro can be driven by an AI assistant (Claude, an IDE, an agent) through the Model Context Protocol. An admin delegates part of their permissions to it, after consent; every action of the AI is logged under their name.

Enable

  1. [mcp] public_url must hold the API’s public address (the install script fills it in).
  2. Settings › Project › MCP server: open it. Closing it refuses every agent at once.
The address to give the AI client is shown on that card: https://panel.example.com/mcp.

Connect a client

With Claude Code:
Then in a session: /mcp, kuro, Authenticate. The browser opens the consent page: it shows the application, your account and the requested permissions, which you can untick one by one.

What the AI can do

Read the state of servers, nodes and prefabs, start, stop or restart a server, send a console command, and write a prefab in the Studio (create, validate, save a draft). Publishing a prefab stays a human action.
Some permissions can never be granted to an AI: account and role management, settings, node enrollment and deletion, deletions and data erasure.
Your granted accesses are managed in My account › Connected apps: revocation is immediate.
